Change of address form

If you are moving house, you can update your address (and other personal details) directly by logging onto the Member Portal, it’s the simplest way. Our BA Pensions team can help you with the registration process - they are available on +44 (0) 208 538 2100. Alternatively, you can complete this form.

Change of bank form

You can change which bank or building society your BA Pension benefits are paid into online. Register or login to the member portal and go to My account. Alternatively you can download this form. If you want payment to an overseas bank please download an international payment form for the relevant country.

Notice of Wish Form

Let the Trustee know who you would like any lump sum death benefits to be paid in the event of your death. Log in to the BA Pensions member portal to see whether there are any benefits payable and update your form if applicable.

Adult Survivor’s pension

If you are not married or in a civil partnership, you may nominate an adult who is wholly or partly financially dependent on you to be considered to receive an Adult Survivor’s pension (if you paid towards this). Payment is at the absolute discretion of the Trustee. The Trustee is not legally bound by this form, but will bear it in mind when deciding how to exercise its discretion in paying an Adult Survivor's pension. Check to see whether this applies by logging in to the BA Pensions member portal.

Absent Friends

Absent friends contains details of former colleagues who have recently passed away. If you would like us to publish an obituary or eulogy for a former colleague, please send it to us. We can't guarantee to publish every one, but we’ll try to include it in a future publication, where space allows.

Pension Wise Guidance

If you have saved AVCs, Pension Wise guidance regulations apply. These regulations are intended to increase the take-up of free pensions guidance from Pension Wise and are designed to help you make informed decisions about your options when accessing your AVCs. When you apply to draw or transfer out your Scheme benefits, we are required to direct you to appropriate pensions guidance available through Pension Wise. You can choose whether to take up the Pension Wise guidance or opt out. You must complete one of the forms in the Pension Wise pack for the transfer of AVCs to continue.

AVC information

Read the following leaflets which will help you understand all your need to know about the three funds BA Pensions have to offer. You can log in to the member portal to view your balance and options. Using the online switch form, you can also move money from one fund to another. Alternatively, download and complete the applicable AVC form below and post it to us.
