COVID-19 Update

We’d like to reassure you that the APS Trustee and our administrators are working hard to deliver the best possible service to our members and their advisers during these challenging times.

We have temporarily closed our telephone service while we prioritise our essential member services. We are currently managing to provide our full administration service but, during this exceptional period, we may not always be able to respond within our normal timescales.

If you need to get in touch, please contact us through this website or write to us. You can find our address on the contact us page.

Some mail sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery is taking longer to reach us because of delays at the Royal Mail sorting office. If you have posted original certificates to us using recorded delivery and have not received them back within five working days, please let us know using the contact us form so that we can locate them at the sorting office. You may wish to consider sending your documents by first class mail instead.
