The Pension Tracing Service can help you track down pension schemes you have been a member of in the past. The tracing service is free and a form is available online at www.gov.uk/find-lost-pension
The Pensions Regulator
The Pensions Regulator is the regulator of work-based pension schemes in the UK. Its main objectives are:
- to protect the benefits of members of work-based pension schemes;
- promote good administration of work-based pension schemes;
- reduce the risk of situations arising that may lead to claims for compensation from the Pension Protection Fund.

TPAS (The Pensions Advisory Service)
TPAS is an independent organisation funded by the government. It offers free and impartial guidance to people with workplace and personal pensions.

The Pensions Ombudsman
The Pensions Ombudsman may investigate and determine any complaint or dispute of fact or law in relation to an occupational pension scheme which cannot be resolved by TPAS.
