Our telephone service is currently available between 9am and 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Our response times for providing new quotations are between four to six weeks. Remember, you should request a retirement quotation two to three months before your intended retirement date to ensure you have enough time to receive your quotation and make informed decisions.

As always, we are committed to providing accurate and timely quotations, and your satisfaction remains our top priority.

April 2024 NAPS pension increase is confirmed as 5%

The annual rise in CPI to September 2023 was above 5%. Therefore, the maximum increase of 5% will be applied to eligible NAPS pensions from April 2024.
