COVID-19 Update

We are currently experiencing an increased demand for pension information from members who may be affected by redundancy and enquiries from members have increased by 40% above normal levels.

The health and wellbeing of our Pensions Team is our top priority. However, many of the Team have voluntarily returned to the office so that we can provide a telephone service to support our members, particularly for those who may be affected by redundancy. From 10 August 2020 we have a reduced telephone service available between 9am and 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Mail sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery is taking longer to reach us because of delays at the Royal Mail sorting office. If you have posted original certificates to us using recorded delivery but have not received them back within five working days, please let us know using the contact us form so that we can locate them at the sorting office. You may wish to consider sending your documents by first class mail instead.
