BA pays
BA also pays into your pension.
If you are a member of NAPS, BA currently pays roughly three times the standard contribution that you would pay. In addition to this, BA has made a one-off contribution of £800 million during 2007 towards the NAPS deficit and is also paying extra contributions of £127 million each year to clear the deficit by March 2016.
Under BAMPS, BA pays the same contribution as you up to a maximum of 8% of your Pensionable pay.
