NAPS members:

I get

What you get at retirement will mainly depend on:

When you can retire
Normal Retirement: Normal Retirement Age is age 65 if you are currently in Plan 65, or 60 if you are currently in Plan 60.
Early Retirement: If you retire before your Normal Retirement Age - from age 55. If you retire early, your pension will normally be reduced as it will be paid for a longer period of time. If you are in Option 55 and are retiring early at age 55, there will be no early retirement reduction applied to any Option 55 pension earned after 1 April 2007.
Ill-health Retirement: If authorised by British Airways, anytime before your selected Normal Retirement Age
Late Retirement: Anytime after your Normal Retirement Age. This includes any pension built up before 31 March 2007, which will receive a Late retirement increase if it is payable after age 60 (Ground Staff) or age 55 (Flying Staff).
State Pension Age:

Men - Age 65 (rising to age 66 by October 2020)

Women - Age 60, if born before 6 April 1950

Women - Age 65, if born after 5 April 1955 (rising to age 66 by October 2020) or between ages 60 and 65, depending on your date of birth, if born between 6 April 1950 and 5 April 1955.
