Will the pay thresholds change?

The lower and upper pay thresholds are set by British Airways. British Airways and not the pension Scheme, determines who qualifies for the special contribution arrangements. British Airways will increase the thresholds from time to time to reflect changes in the Retail Price Index (RPI).
