What is my Normal retirement age?

Your Normal Retirement Age (NRA) is set according to which Plan you are in. If you are in Plan 65, your NRA is age 65. If you are in Plan 60, your NRA is age 60. For any pension earned up to 31 March 2007, the NRA was age 55 for Flying Staff and age 60 for Ground Staff.

Although you may have several elements of pension with different Normal retirement ages, these are treated as a single pension entitlement and must be drawn at the same time. When you draw your pension, the different elements you have earned will be appropriately adjusted to become payable from the same date.
