What are the basic features of New Airways Pension Scheme
NAPS has two sections. One is a Final Salary Section and the other Section is the British Airways Money Purchase Section (BAMPS). Under BAMPS, you have an individual retirement account to which you and BA make contributions. The account grows with interest. At retirement, you can decide what kind of pension and family benefits you want to purchase with the monies from the account. Your beneficiaries can also receive a Lump sum if you die while still working at BA.
