How can I increase my pension?
There are two ways you can top up your pension. You can choose one or both of these ways.
You can pay extra contributions. If you are in Final Salary, your pension builds up faster as a result. Under BAMPS, more contributions from you mean more from BA (up to 8% of Pensionable pay).

You can pay Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) in order to provide an extra retirement pension. You can find further details at put more on top of my BA pension.
