The British Airways Pensioner Contact Scheme

Have you ever thought about giving up some of your time to become a BA Pensioner Contact volunteer? Pensioner Contacts provide a vital role to the BA pensioner community and are on hand to assist in times of need.

The Pensioner Contact Scheme is open to all BA pensioners, including their spouse or partner. BA Pensioner Contacts provide a link between British Airways Plc and the pensioner community. It is run by volunteers, who are themselves former BA staff, or are spouses/partners of former BA staff. Pensioner Contacts are usually available when retired staff members need help, someone to talk to, or support in times of distress or need.

BA Pensions administers the Pensioner Contact Scheme on behalf of British Airways Plc and runs a secure, dedicated website for use by Pensioner Contacts and Pensioner Co-ordinators. Pensioner Contacts and Co-ordinators need to have access to the internet and an email address.

For more information, or if you wish to volunteer to become a Pensioner Contact, email the Retired Staff Liaison Council at: Liaison.1.council@ba.com.
