Put more into my BA pension
The standard rate at which your pension builds up is 52 for Flight Staff and 56 for Ground Staff. All this means is that, when we work out your annual pension, we multiply your Pensionable service by your Retiring pay and then divide by 52 for Flight Staff or 56 for Ground Staff.
If you want to build up your pension faster or change the date at which you can draw an unreduced pension, you can do so by paying more.
