What are the basic features of Airways Pension Scheme

APS is a Final Salary pension Scheme. This means that your benefits are based on your salary close to when you leave or retire. The Scheme offers valuable benefits such as an Adult Survivor's pension, children's allowances, a Lump sum if you die whilst working at BA, ill health protection, and a pension plus Lump sum at retirement.
